Event Description: The Annual General Meeting will again be held in the excellent facilities of the Park Royal hotel Stretton. Members should arrive in good time and the AGM will commence at 11.00am prompt and will be held as previous years in the Balmoral/Buckingham Suite. At the end of the year we have been given a few very special Automobilia items which we have decided to auction at the AGM lunch - see details under "Editors Blog" and the picture of the Clouds attached to this event

Event Name: Tatton Park - June visit

Event Description: For some unknown reason, the June 1st Tatton has been a smaller event in the run up to BIG Tatton on August 17th and 18th (when incidentally the theme will be the Jubilee of the Coronation – and we are going to win first this time!... – but we will leave that until nearer the time). So the June Tatton is very relaxed – but Cheshire Auto promotions still provide an excellent show, so as many of you as wish to have a relaxing day exhibiting our beautiful cars are welcome to attend, and we look forward to a relaxing day.

It has steep hills in places and some of the pavements are uneven but the taxi service is excellent, assistance is available for the less able and there are many sites and views to enjoy. It is a popular resort for those seeking a quieter more gentile holiday and was a firm favourite with Sir Winston Churchill.

Event Description: Yes folks, it is time to remind you to book for the major event in your Section calendar. The North of England Rally at Harewood, near Harrogate. Our North of England Rally is the pride of the Yorkshire, East Midlands, Northern and North Eastern Sections of the Club and the envy of the rest of the Club. It not only continues to attract large numbers of our own members but attracts many members from the rest of the UK and overseas. It is held in the beautiful grounds of Harewood House and we are allowed to park in front of the magnificent stately home.
